This session is designed to support a distributor Sales Manager’s strategic planning session or sales meeting with live interactive discussion and support materials. The Sales Manager creates an agenda of 3-5 strategic objectives that are shared with Jeff prior to the meeting. Jeff will then design content and Contractor University support materials to support the Sales Manager and provide the TMs with the tools necessary to implement these objectives. This course is designed to be an open forum free-flowing discussion of best practices and support materials customized to the distributor objectives.

This course will help distributor Sales Managers and TMs put together an effective sales meeting or strategic planning session for Territory Managers.
